The Owners' Association will now conduct the annual general meeting originally scheduled for October 2020, and postponed due to the Corona situation.

The general meeting will be held after the governmental openings announced on 06 May in the Corona restrictions, where conferences and meetings are again allowed with special consideration.

DEAS will therefore issue the official agenda call immediately next week.

The annexes normally included are sent to the owners on Dec 2nd. 2020 and can be read here on the website (in Danish).


For the meeting, the following special conditions will apply:

  • Only 1 representative per apartment unless special circumstances applies.
  • Summons must be presented upon arrival.
  • The power of attorney co-owed in the call may be used to minimise the number of participants.
  • Valid Corona pass must be presented upon arrival.
  • Face masks must be used when you are not seated
  • Everyone must be seated with 1 free seat on either side of their chair during the meeting.
  • To ensure the best possible event, we ask for non-binding pre-registration. Tap here (in Danish).
