Meet the board

Prior to the ordinary board meetings, you can meet representatives of the Board of Directors in a series of dialogue meetings that are held immediately before the board meeting. Keep an eye on the website for dates. Registration for the meetings should be done either through the website calendar or at the property office.

The Property Officers/Caretakers

Daily operation
The day-to-day operations and maintenance are handled by Ejendomsvirke A/S, and Michael Cramon Jensen and Palle Sørensen are permanent men on the property.

The property office, located in the basement under Sprogøvej 23, can be contacted

  • in person during business hours Mondays and Fridays 07:30 - 08:00
  • by phone 5076 2127 or 3010 8893 preferably during business hours , but the staff will, as far as possible, answer calls throughout their working hours daily 07:00-14:00.
  • by e-mail
  • in writing via the mailbox set up at the exit Sprogøvej 23, as well as in the hallway at the property office.

In the office, you can, among other things, borrow a drill hammer that can handle our hard concrete walls, as well as get information about renting our banqueting room, parking permits, etc..
