Driving in Frederiks Have for owners, craftsmen and suppliers.
As a result of an increase in private and artisan/supplier driving in Frederiks Have, the board has seen it necessary to tighten up the rules strongly so that it again becomes a safe area for everyone to reside in.
The entrances to our area are secured with bollards at the path systems as well as at the end of block C, with chains for the grasslands between blocks C/D and D/E and boom and gate to our parking areas.
The chain, which is stretched beyond the grass reinforcement road between blocks C and D, will be open on weekdays during the property office's opening hours 06:30 – 13:30 as it is used by the garbage trucks comming up to 9 times a week.
Driving can only take place to the loading point for refuse collection, as the onward road is blocked with a bollard.
All barriers can be removed with a key system so the refuse collectors, our permanent emergency guards and the Capital Emergency Response, which provides the majority of the emergency response service with ambulances and firefighting vehicles can access.
The owner can obtain a key at the Property Office to gain access to the area. The key must be reserved by mail: ejendomskontoret@frederikshave.net and can be provided for max. 3 days. If the key is not returned on time, it’s electronically deleted and the owner is charged.
If the key has been given to a craftsman og supplier, the owner is responsible that access to the area only will take place during the real estate office's working hours between 06:30 and 13:30 on weekdays. Outside this time, everything must be locked. If a craftsman becomes "locked up" it is the owner's responsibility to get the exit unlocked. If the owner does not have the necessary key, Real Estate Emergency Security on bill to the owner can arrange the opening.
Access to the area on the parking deck (blocks A, B and C) is for short-term stopping for loading and unloading, after which parking can be done in our parking areas or on the street. Abuse can result in a parking charge.
