Producer’s guarantee

To keep the producer´s guarantee re doors and windows Frederiks Have owner's association organizes a mandatory lubrication in the years 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Hereafter the owner is responsible for the necessary yearly lubrication.

According to the guarantee the owner himself must report claims re the guarantee to the craftsman/contractor responsible for the mounting, see the information below.

GUARANTEE

Rationel Vinduer A/S is affiliated to Dansk Vindues Certificering (Danish Windows Certification) and all products from Rationel are approved by the DVC.

DVC currently controls the products and production-process as a minimum complies with the Technical Regulations of the Windows Industry. The guarantee-regulations of the Windows Industry apply to Rationel's products.

The guarantee covers defects in manufacture and materials on doors and windows delivered and installed in Denmark (excl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands) The guarantee is valid for 5 years (wood) and 10 years (wood/aluminum) from the time of production. Windowpanes are covered by the Glass Industry's guarantee against puncture (10 years) and visual faults (one year). Eventual complaints are to be lodged with the craftsman or the dealer where you have bought the windows and doors. When you contact the craftsman or dealer you must give the order-number of the relevant window or door. The order-number is a 7-digit-code which you find between the layers of glass.

If a defect is due to mishandling or deficient care (lubrication) the guarantee does not apply.

If the complaint refers to faulty installation, the complaint should be raised with the contractor who mounted the elements.
